What is a Minimum?
A food truck minimum is an agreement between an event host and a food truck. The agreement states that the truck will make at least a certain amount of money while on-site. Should the food truck fall under that amount, the event host will compensate the difference. Minimums range from $800 – $1,800 depending on the event.
Minimums for events in the mountains and outside of Estes Park city limits may vary.
